Jackie’s spiritual gift was touch, she wanted to hug, cuddle, pat, and kiss those she loved. Even when we became adults, she had the annoying habit of tugging our ear lobes. Of all the successful roles she had, being “YaYa” was her most impressive. For 20 years, YaYa was present at every birthday party, school function, drama event, baptism and anything else that her 3 grandchildren attended. Even Penny Lane the dog would turn circles with excitement when we asked her if she wanted to go to see her. I can’t imagine a more warm, adoring, and loving grandmother ever existed. How blessed we were!
