Rayquan better known as “Quan” was a loving father of a girl and a boy. They were the joy of his life and he called them Pebbles and BamBam. Quan was the 4th of July fireworks king! Family and friends would come from near and far to see the spectacular show each year! They were never left disappointed. Quan loved restoring old cars even some without roofs! He is missed every single day by all he loved and who loved him and his contagious smile. A smile that lit every room he walked into!
