Joe was an expert in designing fire suppression systems for local, state, and federal facilities, highly respected in his field. More importantly he loved family, tradition, and America. He had an amazing sense of humor and was so creative. He was a mentor and had many hobbies from an eclectic firearms collection to dirt bikes, tennis and traveling the states, finally landing on Mountain City TN as his new home. He wasn’t killed here, but his heart is here. He is loved and missed always.
