Brittany Lavalle

Deputy Executive Director, Operations

Brittany Lavalle serves as the Deputy Executive Director of Operations, leading the Fiscal, Human Resources, and Information Services divisions of the Conference. She has over a decade of experience as a prosecutor handling serious violent felonies and managing a special victims unit. She has also served the Conference as the Education and Training Attorney providing training on a wide variety of topics to our prosecutors, criminal investigators, and victim witness coordinator personnel.

Immediately prior to her time at TNDAGC, she served as Disciplinary Counsel in the Litigation division at the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.

Brittany received her Bachelor’s degrees in English and Political Science from the University of Georgia and her law degree from Mercer University. She resides in Franklin, TN with her husband, son, and daughter.
