Harlon Dwayne Webb, known to most as Scooter, was kind, gentle & generous. Although he was partially disabled, he didn't let that slow him down from enjoying his love of the outdoors. He built himself a custom compound bow that he could use his teeth to pull, he would rig up a fishing pole so that he could fish (which was a great love of his), he loved gardening tomatoes & peppers, & he was a phenomenal billiards player who taught many including myself how to play. Scooter had a passion for aerospace & astrology. He spent many hours looking at the stars & planets through his telescopes. He made many friends through his CB/Ham radio hobby where he adopted the handle of Apache728 from the Smokey Hills of TN, which you can listen to on YouTube. He was SO talented at SO many things but being an uncle then a dad was his true love. Scooter taught his nephews how to rockhound, tips for fishing, & just general life lessons. His son was his life & he loved him more than anything in this world.
