Justin was a free-spirited, selfless, driven, well-mannered young man. He lit up every room, and had a contagious smile and spirit. He made an impact everywhere he went, and he loved his family and friends. Justin enjoyed writing music, photography, playing sports, reading, and learning new things. House Rep. Jason Hodges honored Justin with a House Resolution 25, honoring his memory, character, and commitment to living with courage.
