The Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference IS Department is seeking an individual to fill the position of Cloud Solutions Engineer. They will establish security templates/standards and best practices while managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment. The applicant can expect a annual salary within the range of $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications. The Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference is seeking a Staff Attorney to fill a vacancy for an Assistant District Attorney General Pro Tempore in upper east Tennessee. The position will be based in the Tri-Cities area with substantial travel. This prosecutor covers the upper east end of the state with some work in other parts of the Eastern Grand Division.
The Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference is seeking a licensed Tennessee attorney with substantial experience as a prosecutor in criminal/ circuit court to fill a Staff Attorney (Assistant District Attorney) position working primarily in East Tennessee. Extensive first-chair jury trial experience is advantageous and preferred.
In any county where the elected District Attorney General has a conflict of interest that results in a voluntary recusal or court disqualification that requires another Prosecutor to act in their place, the Conference assists in finding and appointing a District Attorney General Pro Tempore to act in their place. Another District Attorney General from across the state may accept or it may be handled by an attorney on staff with the Conference.
The Conference Pro Tem prosecutors’ duties vary from case to case with a primary focus on prosecution of conflict cases.
District Openings
The Office of the District Attorney General for the Second Judicial District is accepting applications for an Assistant District Attorney position. Applicants for this position must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee, be motivated to be prosecutors, and possess the ability to work autonomously. Five to ten years of criminal law experience, including jury trials and General Sessions work, is preferred. Training and mentoring from senior Assistants will be provided. The position is available October 1, 2025.

The State of Tennessee is accepting applications from attorneys to become an Assistant District Attorney in the 7th Judicial District. Located in beautiful East Tennessee, the 7th Judicial District consists of a single county (Anderson). You will perform professional legal work in the evaluation, processing, and prosecution of criminal cases to fair and just disposition in the State court system. You will evaluate and research potential defenses, negotiate pleas to dispose of cases, and use discretion in dismissing cases not prosecutable.
As and ADA, you will develop trial strategy for cases, question witnesses, determine sentence recommendations, and attend pre-trial matters. The position requires the ability to appear in court multiple times per week to successfully argue cases and preliminary matters before a judge or jury. The successful candidate must be self-sufficient as well as an excellent team member.
Minimum qualifications: JD from an accredited law school. License to practice laws in the State of Tennessee. A background investigation is required. Prosecutors are expected to not only be superb lawyers but be fair minded, even tempered and of high moral character.

The District Attorney's office for the 16th Judicial District in Murfreesboro, TN is looking for a dynamic team member to serve as the Child Support Case Specialist II. The duties include answering phones, corresponding in the Child Support system, and managing child support enforcement cases.

The 21st Judicial District has an opening for an Assistant District Attorney in Williamson County. Responsibilities will include General Sessions Court and Circuit Court.
