They will establish security templates/standards and best practices while managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment. The Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Training Specialist in our DUI program.
Under the direction of our Training Director, this position provides administrative and operational support to the Conference Office. The role manages operational and administrative needs for DUI trainings and works closely with the Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors. The position requires initiative, innovation, and excellent attention to detail. This position requires some travel for trainings and site visits.
District Openings
The First Judicial District Attorney's Office is seeking an Assistant District Attorney to serve the community of Johnson County. This position is funded up to a level 11 and pay is determined by the State of Tennessee, based on licensing and experience.
Baseline Responsibilities
- Prosecution of misdemeanor and felony cases in general sessions and criminal courts
- Trial Preparation
- Preparation and review of grand jury proceedings
- Use of various Microsoft Office Programs and other programs related to media
- Assist law enforcement with legal matters
- Serve as a member of the Child Protective Investigative Team, Serve as a member of the Vulnerable Adult Protective Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a license to practice law in Tennessee
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior criminal court and trial experience
